The athletic skills and physical fitness developed in gymnastics will very likely stay with many gymnasts long after they have retired from the sport. But an even more valuable benefit is the mental soundness and intellectual fitness that gymnasts develop and carry forward throughout their lives.
Gymnastics is a sport of opportunity. Each gymnast of Ortona Gymnastics Club is given the same opportunity and the chance to do with it what they choose.
