Developmental and Pre-Competitive Programs
SuperTots
Supertots is a feeder program for L.E.A.P. It is designed for young girls between the ages of 4 and 6 years old. Girls are invited into the program based on their physical ability, flexibility and willingness to learn. They train twice a week for 2 hours each day. Each session the girls will either be re-invited into supertots or recommended into a more suitable program for their needs. Our goal is to prepare these girls for the competitive side of artistic gymnastics.
Girls Achievement
Girls achievement is an advanced program for girls over the age of 13. Girls must be recommended or tryout for this program. It is an individually paced program with no pass of fail.
Hot Shots
Hot Shots is a program designed for boys between the ages of 6-8 years old. It is a feeder into the boys pre-competitive and competitive programs. They train twice a week for 2 hours each day. The program focuses on improving strength, flexibility and basics. Boys must be recommended into the program.
Beginner Plus
Beginner Plus is a class designed for girls between the ages of 6-8 years old. It is an highly developed recreational program for girls that show advanced skill and coordination. Girls in this program may advance into Super Achievers, Demo Groups, Pre-Provincial and Provincial programs. Children must recommended into this 4 hour program.
Super Achievers for Girls
Super Achievers is a program for girls who are interested in competing in artistic gymnastics. It is designed to increase strength and flexibility and teach advanced skills that will be necessary to move into our provincial stream. The program is 5 hours a week. Girls must be between the ages of 8 and 12 and must be recommended into the program.
SuperBoys Progam
This is a program for boys over the age of 10 who show advanced skills in the sport of gymnastics. It is a 4 hours a week program that boys must be recommended into. It is an individually paced program with no pass or fail.
