I've just applied (or intend to apply) to a subsidy program offered within Alberta, what's my registration process?

You have to register and pay like everyone else and when your subsidy comes in the refund will be prepared for you and you will be notified when it's ready. Ideally you should be applying for the subsidy well before the session starts.
