School Fieldtrips Hundreds of Edmonton youth visit our gym yearly through school fieldtrips. All ages are welcome here, pre-school to highschool. Our nationally certified coaches provide structured classes in a safe and fun environment utilizing the technical content of Cangym. Cangym is a progressive 14-level recreational program designed by Gymnastics Canada for boys and girls who wish to learn the sport of gymnastics.
Ortona uses an array of equipment including bars, balance beams, trampolines, vaulting horses, pommel horses, still rings, beat boards, slides, tunnels, spring floors and our state of the art gymnova landing pit. Schools are responsible for the transportation of its students to and from our facility. We are located in a unique dome structure in southeast Edmonton. Wheelchair access is available upon request. Total number of instructional hours is at your discretion. Coming only once is an option as well. Maximum number of students is approximately 50 students. This allows us to keep a 1-12 coach to student ratio, as we rotate around the gym. |
