Our Rules

When participating in a class, we request you follow some simple rules:

• Students should be dressed in loose and comfortable clothing (NO jeans, No belts, No hats)
• Please refrain from wearing jewelley (No dangling earrings, NO necklaces, NO watches)
• No Gum or Candy
• Barefeet Only (Leave your socks in your footwear)
• Please tie up long hair
• Name Tags are appreciated and helpful
