Open Gym/Drop-In

OPEN GYM SCHEDULE

ADULT OPEN GYM

Adult open gym is for ages 15 and up.

Tuesday  8:30pm to 10:30pm
Thursday  8:30pm to 10:30pm

FAMILY OPEN GYM

Family open gym is for families and young children. Children 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult

Sunday  12:30pm to 2:30pm


Fees this season:
     Per visit fees are $7.50
     10 Visit Passes are $67.50
     Arrive with less than an hour remaining to the open gym session fees are $5.00
Supervising adults accompanying young children (6 and under) are free.

All visitors will be required to sign in and sign a waiver.

If you are coming in with a group of children for open gym you can download our waiver here and have it pre-filled out before you arrive to help speed up processing.

What to Wear - shorts, sweats, bodysuits, bare feet. Long hair must be tied back, no dangling or loose clothing, no jewellery. Please keep your valuables locked inside your car and do not bring them into the gym.

Lockers & Changerooms, Washrooms - Washrooms and locker rooms are in the lower level of the building. There are lockers in the changerooms for day use but locks must be removed at the end of the period. Locks left overnight will be cut and the contents of the lockers removed into the lost & found.


Open Gym Rules

  • There are certain areas of the gym and apparatus that are not available during open gym. These areas are marked and we ask that all drop-ins respect these notices.
  • There is to be NO FOOD OR DRINK on the gym floor at any time. Snacks for families and young children can be served in the viewing areas.
  • Respect to other participants and sharing of equipment is expected.
  • No foul language will be tolerated.

Any participant found abusing these rules may be asked to leave. Continued abuses may result in a long term or permanent ban from Ortona's open gym.
