CELEBRATE YOUR PARTY WITH US!

We offer a variety of unique and exciting Birthday Parties at the facility, so you’ll be sure there’s something for you!! All our birthday party packages include structured and fun instruction with a certified Ortona Gymnastics coach; followed by time spent in one of our two Party Rooms for Cake, Presents and Celebrations.

Important: Please try to book your party at least three months in advance, so you will be able to get the day an time you want!

GYMNASTICS BASIC PARTY FOR ANY AGE

• Includes 60 minutes of structured instruction and games on a variety of equipment, trampolines, foam pit and obstacle courses.
• Includes 60 minutes in one of our party room where you will be able to continue the fun, eating birthday cake and opening presents.
• You supply your own food and refreshments, as well as serving dishes and utensils. There is a full kitchenette available in each of the party rooms for your convenience.

Cost: – includes up to eight (8) children
Ortona Member Price...............$ 150.00
GO Centre Member Price.........$ 170.00
Non-Member Price...................$ 195.00
additional $10.00 for each child after that to a maximum of 16

HOW OUR THEME PACKAGES WORK!

• Our birthday parties theme packages include 75 minutes of structured and fun instruction with a certified Ortona Gymnastics coach.
• Ortona provides a costume for the birthday child to wear while in the Birthday Party Room.
• Ortona provides themed props and party games
• Followed by the 45 minutes for Cake, Presents and Celebrations in our Birthday Party Room.

KINDERGYM THEMES

(ages 6 and under)

• Circus
• Pajama Party
• Princess
• Pirate
• Super Hero
• Under the Sea

Selecting a theme just adds that special touch to the party.

Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the party.

KIDS THEMES
(ages 6 and up)

• Cheernastics
  A combination of Gymnastics and Cheerleading.
  Ortona cheer crew is here to assist you - learn a cheer while trying some round offs and front rolls by leaps and bounds. Flip out with our flip masters and have fun doing it.
  

  Includes dance instruction and games on a variety of equipment trampolines, foam pit and obstacle courses.

  

• Dancenastics
  A combination of Gymnastics and Dance.

  Report to the floor and learn the drill! Dance moves like the side slide and robot pop, then finish with a flash mob to your fave song!

  Includes dance instruction and games on a variety of equipment trampolines, foam pit and obstacle courses.

• Urbanastics
  A combination of Gymnastics and Parkour

  Jumpstart your party with our people, learn the art of trans-versing wicked equipment, we'll show your guests the future, parkour.

  Includes instruction and games on a variety of equipment, trampolines, foam pit and obstacle courses.

For all of our parties, children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the party.

GO Centre Member Price.........$ 250.00
Non-Member Price...................$ 295.00
Parties over 12 children to a maximum of 25 children will require a second coach at an additional cost of $75.00.(no discounts apply)

Party Add-Ons:

KINDERGYM ROCKWALL(for 6 and under) ................ $50.00
30 minutes extra up to 12 children maximum. This must be purchased with one of our birthday packages at time of booking.

LEAPAH the Lemur Appearance ..................................$50.00
Includes 1 digital photo with group and 1 digital photo with just birthday party child. Leapah will participate for a few minutes at the end of structured fun and will stick around for the photos after last circuit. This must be purchased with one of our birthday packages at time of booking.

Memberships are required to provide a $100.00 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Non-members are required to provide a $150.00 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Full payment ahead of your party will be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations a month prior to the date of the birthday receive a full refund.
Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior to the date of the birthday receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations 0-2 weeks prior to the date of the birthday will not receive a refund.

(Memberships can be purchased online or at the front desk at time of booking to obtain member pricing)

NEW FOR PARTIES AT ORTONA - DQ CAKES

DQ is under construction and will be open shortly. While they are under construction they are able to serve us from an alternate location close by.

They are happy to take orders right now and drop them off for our bookings. Please find attached a brochure

Each participant is required to provide a completed waiver.
If you are coming in with a group of children for a party you can
