To our future Corporate Sponsor,

On behalf of the Ortona Gymnastics Club and its Board of Directors, I wish to extend an invitation to you and your business or corporation to participate as a Corporate Sponsor for the Ortona Gymnastics Club. The purpose of corporate sponsorship is aimed at providing much needed financial support for the club, its programs, and its athletes as the Ortona Club endeavors to provide a quality program. This will provide the excellent opportunities in developing athleticism, team work, and leadership skills in our athletes, our future citizen leaders.

As a member of the Ortona Board of Directors, and as a parent of an athlete participating at the gymnastics club, I recognize that the maintenance of the Ortona facility at the standard necessary to provide a safe and competitive environment for our athletes is an extremely costly venture. Due to the rising costs associated with running and maintaining the facility, the upkeep and maintenance of Ortona Gymnastics comes at a cost for which parents have generally had to bear the majority of. The result, generally, limits our ability to upgrade needed equipment to ensure a safe program due to the costs associated with these. It also limits the participation of athletes due to the inability of families to afford participation in gymnastics. Equipment costs are exorbitant, and a multitude of equipment is necessary to support the various levels of programs the Club offers. Equipment or support materials needing upgrades within the club currently include the parallel bars, vaults, landing mats, vault mats, and foam for the pit area.

In order to help provide opportunity to as many athletes as possible, the Ortona Gymnastics Club creates a number of fundraisers throughout the year to shoulder some of the financial responsibilities of the Club. One of these - Corporate Sponsorship - is a key to the delivery of a quality program for the club!

It is with this in mind that I, on behalf of the Ortona Club, ask for your support in becoming a corporate sponsor. There are many avenues to take in terms of a corporate sponsorship. Levels of support and contribution have been established to provide a number of options for you. As well, there are a number of different recognitions and benefits for your business/corporation depending on the level of support you choose.

Ortona Gymnastics is a non-profit organization. An information sheet regarding the Ortona’s programs and operations are available upon request.
