Ortona has shifted to an online waiver system called Privit where your forms can be signed digitally. Forms must be re-signed annually (July 1st to June 30th). To create an account/update your waivers on Privit, please click HERE.
Please note that all athletes must have both waiver forms signed in order to participate in gymnastics.
All guardians/parents who are on the floor during any program/party/field trip, must have their own forms signed as well.
