zOGC T&T Badge 3 Co-ed (Blue)

Co-ed at least 6y but less than 12y

This is a one hour class that builds on the basic landings and shape jumps of trampoline. Participants will further develop body awareness on the trampoline by beginning to add twists and turns to their seat drops and front drops. Participants will also develop their tumbling skills as they learn dive rolls and handstands. This is a class for anyone who has some introductory experience in gymnastics and is comfortable jumping on a trampoline.

T&T Badge 3 (Blue) - LTAD 2

Our OGC T&T Badge program allows athletes to further develop their skills in trampoline and tumbling. Each level teaches more advanced skills. These 8 levels help athletes develop flexibility, courage, strength, technique and landings in a safe environment. Class length depends on the badge level. The program runs from September to June and sessions last for 10 to 13 weeks

Participants will further develop body awareness on the trampoline by beginning to add twists and turns to their seat drops and front drops. Participants will also develop their tumbling skills as they learn dive rolls and handstands. This is a class for anyone who has some introductory experience in gymnastics and is comfortable jumping on a trampoline.

Badge 3 - Blue: Athletes will learn skills like dives, rolls to stands, safe falls, hurdles, handstand, cartwheels and bridge kicks.


Gymnastics helps develop physical literacy in children. The development of these physical tools are needed to take part in activity and sport, both for healthy life-long enjoyment and for sporting success. You’re never too young to gain something positive from the sport of gymnastics.

Role of Parents/Guardians in this Stage

  • To introduce participants to a range of activities, provide encouragement and participate in activities such as parent days, shows, and parent/child classes.
  • Must be prepared to transport participants to activities, and to pay for these activities.
