z OGC T&T Badge 5 Co-ed (Yellow)

Co-ed at least 8y but less than 16y

This is a 1.5 hour class where participants will be introduced to the fun world of flipping on the trampoline and tumbling floor as they learn pullovers, front ¾ and front flips. Participants will also further develop their tumbling skills by learning forwards and backwards handsprings. This is a class for anyone who has more advanced experience in gymnastics and trampoline.

T&T Badge 5 (Yellow) - LTAD 3

Our OGC T&T Badge program allows athletes to further develop their skills in trampoline and tumbling. Each level teaches more advanced skills. These 8 levels help athletes develop flexibility, courage, strength, technique and landings in a safe environment. Class length depends on the badge level. The program runs from September to June and sessions last for 10 to 13 weeks

TnT Badge 5 is a 1.5 hour class where participants will be introduced to the fun world of flipping on the trampoline and tumbling floor as they learn pullovers, front ¾ and front flips. Participants will also further develop their tumbling skills by learning forwards and backwards handsprings. This is a class for anyone who has more advanced experience in gymnastics and trampoline.

Badge 5: Yellow- Athletes will learn many skills including handstand walks, backwards handsprings, power hurdle round-off and front tucks onto a mat. Athletes will also begin to execute their skills on different pieces of equipment. Classes are an hour and a half long.


Gymnastics is a fun-filled, non-contact activity through which children can develop self-confidence, experience a wide variety of challenges and opportunity for social interaction.
Gymnastics helps develop physical literacy in children. The development of these physical tools are needed to take part in activity and sport, both for healthy life-long enjoyment and for sporting success. You’re never too young to gain something positive from the sport of gymnastics.

Role of Parents/Guardians in this Stage

  • Parents continue to expose participants to a range of activities, provide encouragement and show interest in participating in sport and physical activity.
  • Parents must listen to the participant to help identify sport preference.
  • Parents will continue to maintain a balance with school, other sport and non-sport activities.
  • Parents should be prepared to transport participants to activities, and to pay for these activities.
