- In this new birthday party offering, occurring exclusively on Saturday’s at 5:00pm, we offer participants the opportunity to enjoy free-play time around our facility instead of the structured rotations offered in our other birthday party slots.
- Both the Move & Mingle Package and the Just Move Package are offered in this birthday party style.
- Move & Mingle - First 15 minutes of the booking encompasses a game and stretch with trained Ortona coaches, followed by 45 minutes of open gym time. The last 60 minutes will be held in the party room.
- Just Move - First 15 minutes of the booking encompasses a game and stretch with trained Ortona coaches, followed by 60 minutes of open gym time.

Party Rules of Play- Safety First!
To ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience, all guests must follow these simple
safety rules to participate in our parties:
Dress Code
- Participants must wear fitted, comfortable clothing suitable for active play.
- Bare feet only in the gym area – please remove shoes and socks at the designated area near the
entrance. - Participants should NOT wear any of the following:
- Jeans
Zippers
Buttons
Snaps
Belts
Hats
Skirts/Dresses/Tights - ANY jewelry (dangling earrings, necklaces, rings, watches, etc.)

Food & Drink Guidelines
- No gum, candy, food, or drinks are allowed on the gym floor.
Only non-breakable, spill-proof water bottles are permitted (NO glass containers, please). - Glassware is not allowed. Please use paper or plastic dishes and cups only.
Decorations & Extras
- For safety and clean-up reasons, pinatas, helium balloons, and confetti are not permitted.
Supervision & Assistance - Name tags are appreciated to help staff and guests during the event.
- If a child has an accident or needs assistance, please notify a staff member right away.
- Children under 4 years MUST be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the party. It is 1
child per 1 adult. The accompanying adult must complete the over 18 General Waiver.
