These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of any services, programs, or memberships offered by Ortona Gymnastics Club (“Ortona”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Services and Registrations

Ortona Gymnastics Club provides gymnastics programs, memberships, camps, and related services.

All registrations are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration or order at our discretion. If a payment has been processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with our policies.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Applicable taxes are included unless otherwise indicated
• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration or purchase

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Ortona Gymnastics Club to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.

Refunds and Cancellations

All registrations, payments, and program participation are subject to our Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this policy.

Program Changes and Availability

Ortona reserves the right to:

• Modify, reschedule, or cancel programs
• Change instructors or program structure as necessary

Where a program is cancelled by Ortona, refunds or credits will be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Participant Responsibility

You agree that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
• You will comply with all rules, policies, and instructions provided by Ortona

Failure to comply may result in removal from programs without a refund.

Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Upload or transmit harmful or offensive content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

All website content (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Ortona Gymnastics Club and may not be used without permission.

Privacy
