Pre-Coach in Training (Pre-CiT) Applications Open July 10!
The Pre-Coach in Training (Pre-CiT) Program is a leadership development opportunity for Ortona members interested in learning about coaching and building valuable leadership, communication, and life skills. The program follows National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) standards and Ortona policies and procedures.
Participation requires a commitment for the full season. Accepted participants are expected to attend all required classroom sessions and coaching shifts, arrive on time, and demonstrate responsibility and professionalism while balancing school, gymnastics, and other commitments.
