  • There is no extra cost for members.
  • Members will be receive a link where you’ll enter your license plate(s) one time for the Winter Session Term. (Valid until April 2nd)
  • This registration acts as payment on your vehicle and allows you to be in any valid parking stall.
  • Please continue to obey all other posted signs.
  • Parking in marked accessible parking stalls is only permitted with a valid, fully visible accessible parking placard.
  • Any class registrations completed after January 2 will not have a parking code set up. Please see an Ortona CSR at the front desk to have your license plate manually entered.

Drop Off & Pick Up Zone
  • Saville has instituted four parking stalls nearest to the entrance for drop-off/pick-up only (please refer to photos). Please note that these stalls are closely monitored, so be sure to not exceed the time limit of 15 minutes to avoid receiving a ticket.

Volunteers needed!

Receive 20 credits per hour for your services!

A drop-off area outside the Saville Centre main doors will be marked with Ortona (OGC) signage, where you (the volunteer) will wait for parents to drop off their child(ren) during busy times at the facility.  This allows for a secure area for our recreational/competitive families to drop off their children. Volunteers will be scheduled in groups of 2-3 per shift, and OGC volunteer attire will be provided.

Volunteer(s) will greet the parents and athletes outside and have parents sign-in their child. A volunteer will walk the child(ren) inside to OGC, and direct them to take off footwear and jackets, and have them wait on the bleachers (inside OGC gym) with their coach or staff for their class to begin.

Volunteers can alternate walking athletes in, BUT an OGC volunteer MUST always be outside at the OGC signage during the shift for safety and continuity of service.

Volunteer attire and required athlete sign-in documents will be at the Ortona customer service desk for pickup prior to your shift. Remember that you will be outside in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately. All documents and attire MUST be returned to a Ortona customer service representative (at the OGC customer service desk) after the shift.

(For your information, 1 credit is equivalent to $1.)
