OGC TEAM Building - REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 28th

We need you to complete the Travel Waiver, and please drop it off at the office- (participants will be sent home without a completed travel waiver)

July 3, 2019 Team Building Activities: 

Each athlete must bring everything they need for the day.

Drop off is at 9:00am on Wednesday July 3rd and pick up is at 4:30pm Wednesday July 3rd afternoon, both at Ortona Gymnastics Club. Please note you will be required to sign your child in and sign them out before they can leave with the parent/guardian.

We will be enjoying a private screening of Toy Story 4 at Cineplex South Edmonton. You will need:

• Ortona apparel
• Concessions will be CLOSED during the movie, you can sign up through the offering add-on for food purchases at a lower rate. Discounts will be applied if we have a minimum order of 20 purchases. It will help us to also prepare the theatre for food requirements.
• • $6.00 - Kids Combos (includes a junior popcorn, junior fountain drink and junior candy) (all Kids Combos will include a Dare Real Fruit Gummies package for their candy, as we requested peanut free items.)
  • $8.50 - Small Combo (includes a small drink and small popcorn)
  • $9.75 - Regular Combo (includes a regular fountain drink and regular popcorn). 

Upon returning to Ortona gymnastics:

• We will have a pizza party lunch;
• And an afternoon full of games and obstacle courses in our main gym. (please remember to have your child wearing active wear.)

 

IMPORTANT - if your child has any food allergies please pack food for the day as we will not be able to accommodate your athlete’s dietary needs and provide written instructions for your lead coach to follow.

Please leave cell phones and electronic devices at home.  Cell phones will be gathered and left at the gym so the athletes are engaged in the team building event that has been planned. OGC Staff will ensure the travel phone is available for any emergencies. Team travel phone number: 780-977-4518
