Awards Preparation/ Awards announcer (MC) Tasks:
- Ensure spectator chairs are in place
- Ensure athlete gifts are prepared for the awards session
- Plate medals/ribbons
- Direct athlete volunteers to pass out athlete gifts
- Ensure athlete volunteers are ready and prepared to hold trays of medals/ribbons
- Announce provided script and announce placement of athletes as medals/ribbons are passed out to athletes
