Light Duty Tear Down Tasks:
- Fold/stack chairs according to colour and style (must be organized to be returned to the proper rental company)
- Remove table decor/table linens & store properly
- Fold/stack tables according to colour and style (must be organized to be returned to the proper rental company)
- Remove coat racks marked "Ortona" from the classrooms and return to the foyer at the OGC entrance
- Remove all signage from our event and store properly
- Clean up the volunteer boardroom of food/beverages and store additional event items
- General cleaning of the comp gym (Pick up garbage from the bleachers
- Clean up the awards area of decor/chairs
