Program Details

Our targeted flexibility training program encourages athletes to develop the range of motion, and body control needed to execute skills with greater precision, efficiency, and confidence. This one-hour program is designed to complement regular gymnastics / multi-sport training by addressing the physical qualities that support skill development, artistry, and aid in injury prevention.
