Tentative Itinerary (Activities and meals may vary from sleepover to sleepover):
Day 1 - NO Developmental Training
- 3:30pm - Athletes dropped off at Ortona (with a snack)
- 4:00pm - LRT to MacEwan residence
- 4:45pm - Arrive / check in / get ready for activity
- 5:30pm - Leave for activity
- 6:00pm to 7:30pm - Activity
- 8:00pm - Dinner and a movie
- 10:00pm - Lights out
Day 2 - NO Developmental Training
- 7:00am - Wake up and pack
- 7:45am - Depart for Ortona
- 8:30am to 9:15am - Breakfast
- 9:15am - Gymnastic games and activities
- 12:30pm - Athlete pick up
All transport will be done on the LRT and/or ETS.
